In this first part of the Somatic Practice, we return to the body—our most sacred home. We begin to rebuild the bridge between mind and body, learning to listen, soften, and follow the subtle wisdom of our inner landscape.

  • 🧘 Daily Body Check-In: Before sleep, jot down how your body feels (journal, notebook, sticky note, etc.) and how stressed or worried you were.
  • 🌀 Explore a Somatic Practice: If your body feels called choose breathwork, soft meditation, intuitive movement, or body scan (let your intuition guide you).
